2 tsp ground nut oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 saunf
1 cup green mung sprouts, 1/2 tsp sea salt, splash of water.
1/3 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp k chilli, 1 cup cooked chickpeas, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, juice of half a lemon
onion slices, salt, chilli powder, lemon juice
sauerkraut, microgreens, tomato.

Perfectly seasoned ground beef and cheese between two crispy flour tortillas, with a fresh pico de gallo salsa, is what this dish appears to be…until you take a closer look. Chopped walnuts and chocolate stand in for the beef, colored shredded coconut takes the place of cheese, and strawberries, apples, and kiwi make up the salsa. Strawberry jam “pizza sauce”, blueberry “olives”, and whipped cream “sour cream” round out the pie. Your guests will be fooled, but they won’t be mad!
