The Thai Tofu Collard Wraps look like they'd also make a great lunch. And probably dorm-friendly too, if you're able to use a small stove.

Oh, you were close on the tonkatsu, but there is always rice on the entire bottom of the plate and covered in curry. Rice makes right.
