As longer you let the yeast stay, it will create more flavour.
At a bakery couse we let it sit over the night, literally all day. We started the next morning with our breads, but they were sooo delicious ^^

I just turned 30 myself and just recently have seen this video. I don’t think you necessarily need to learn all of these recipes before you’re 30 years old, especially if it’s not something you’d actually like but a lot of them look pretty delicious, I would just say cook what you want.😂Anyway, I definitely have enjoyed watching this video, the recipes look good and I wouldn’t mind trying some of them, but anyway, I am definitely looking forward to more videos like this, it’s really interesting to see, great job, tasty. ❤😊
