You could tell that this episode was made back when she still felt uncomfortable in front of the camera.
Separate topic, does anyone else add seasonings to the ricotta mixture? I always add seasonings to the ricotta mixture.

Like when she Said adding Salt ONLY Will help Bring Out The Flavors 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Ummm She WAS NOT THE ONE WHO EVEN STARTED SAYING THAT FIRST.
And She isn't Even A 1000% Italian 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I like this Giada better than the super-fake, super-smiley Giada she morphed into as the show went on.

No to plastic lasagne. Either use what is sold as fresh in supermarkets, or make your own sheet equivalent.

Who doesn't cook the sauce first. You need to get it thicker. You don't mix the sauce with the basamil sauce. No good.

Yes totally agree with previous comment. You didn’t show the layering. And we’re these no-boil lasagna sheets or regular? This video is not helpful.

That much egg in that small amount of ricotta is going to be very dry.
Been there done that.
2 eggs to 32 ounces of ricotta

I like Giada, but nutmeg, butter, mixing bechemel and tomato sauce… much more Americanized than Italian
