Wtf are you on about, with a population 1/10th… your mortages are worth shit, just buy them back, dont let the investor rip you off… i cut 30% of my debth principal by converting a 1% 30 year fixed to 3.3% 3 year fixed. Those 30% is the projected farm income in my lifetime, my business is now viable and im solvent… These things are indivduals doing a business transaction that both lender and borrower think is beneficial., the lender want out and you want to cash out, its just a volutary transaction, nothing to do with goverment programs… or other stuff, its just fair and possible… If you borrowed me 1 mill at 0.5% you would rather have 600k back today and reborrow them to me at 5% vs having me owe you 1 mill at 0.5%… OUR SYSTEM IS GREAT.

HA, the "unpaid homework" part has been a thing in software engineering pre-interviews for a while now. Mad pain in the ass. On one hand, I prefer it over leetcode, on the other hand, most of the unpaid homework bullshit is waaaaaaaay too long.
Looks like its proliferated to a point where major media outlets are covering it now. Wait until they hear about those interviews that have like 7 fucking rounds.
