Nice recipes, but wonder if you put vegetables in 200C for 35-40 mins (@ 1:37 ) in backing, those should get burn. Is not it? Might be we need to take this out during cooking.

I have made the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Fajita Pasta before! Both were immensely delicious and flavourful! I replaced the cream in the former with some milk and butter and cooking the pasta in milk in the latter dish is a genius idea!
