At least nine people have died as severe weather and tornadoes have ravaged parts of the Midwest and South and rounds of crippling snow and ice have blanketed areas from Kansas to Michigan.

    Tornado, flooding, storms in the US; Volcanic eruption in the Philippines with lightning in them; Mexico with their volcanic eruption; and Australia with their Bush fires; and to top it all off war in the middle east. Also other events happen that I missed or haven't even mentioned.

    Naive millennials thinking nothing bad ever occurred before they were born. 50 years ago, there weren't 24 hours news networks reporting on severe weather. It was only covered by local and maybe regional news outlets.
