Most of these people can’t even afford decent plastic surgery in the US, so they think the solution to their problem is getting cheap surgery from a random doctor, then they act surprised that it looks horrible 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

What they did with the guy that had the lip fillers was actually perfect. He admitted that he stops listening as soon as he is being informed about the risks. So the way to force someone like that to tune in is to get them to say it themselves. Saying it a way that is not repeating but actually getting their brain to come to the conclusion on their own therefore more likely to retain the reality.
