ibm is a dinosaur because they lack vision. it's all a word salad this guy is offering. get 20 people together who are 15 years old to 25 years old, and they could probably find profitable and more valuable and relevant uses for watson that all their corporate yesmen can think of

Scalable, trustworthy, trusted, nutrition label, safe, reliable, understandable, it IS different, bla bla bla. Formulaic jargon we've been carrying around on index cards for decades making sales pitches. Except this IS different. AI is not controllable.
