If a Responsible someone had a gun when the shooting first started , not only would it potentially have saved lives , It would most definitely prove the fact being You Are Responsible For Protecting You , under no circumstances are the police responsible for not being there at the time of the shooting . You can duck and run until the Cops get there and finally take action , be up to 45 minutes or more . They make damn sure things are as safe as possible before they put themselves in danger first … I personally don't like the odds of surviving waiting on somebody else to save me .
