Our justice system needs to be seriously overhauled. Kevin Burns shouldn’t even be in prison right now, never mind on death row.
I’m not against the death penalty for certain crimes (especially crimes involving children), but you’ll have the case of Polly Klass where his death sentence was commuted, despite him taunting Mark Klass (Polly’s father) at sentencing. He’s an evil pos.
But we’ll execute someone like Kevin Burns?? Where his co-defendants were released? Wtf? It’s so wrong.

Why do black people get so much publicity when things happen to them, but when they are the attacker or the assailant the news don’t put to much emphasis on the story? Maybe because it’s 99% of the crime that happens. There are great black people, but to many of them have tainted the waters. This is a culture issue. To many of these kids growing up with no mentor cause their daddies don’t stick around and take responsibility.
