Giuliani’s money nightmare: Rudy bails on testifying in $43 million defamation case
Rudy Giuliani will not be testifying in the trial to determine how much he owes Georgia election workers after a judge found he defamed them. Giuliani was expected to be the only witness for the defense during the trial.

How do people like trump and Fiuliani 😅 yes I said Fiuliani get away with stuff if anyone else did what they did they would be in jail. Most of these politicians are all full of s$&@. A innocent person would want more days in court mean while a Guilty person would want to delay as many days in court as they possibly could .

Giuliani won't testify, Donald won't testify. Remember when they said only guilty, or in these cases, liable people won't testify or if they do they take the 5th, are guilty?. I think we should believe what they both said before… They clearly are… And they do not have any excuse to not pay, and they better reach deep into those assets…

It is not surprising. Giuliani could not go on the stand and run the risk of being asked about what he said outside of court to the reporters a few nights ago. "Mr. Giuliani, is it your contention that what you said about these two ladies was true?" If he says no, roll the tape.
