New to American football here, could someone please explain it to me in laymen's term why the play at @32:06 ended up being an incomplete pass? I thought when a receiver dropped the ball and the opposing team recovered the ball, the possession would switch to the defenders? The commentators did give some explanation, but I don't fully comprehend it. Thanks in advance, cheers!
