Good on the identification of "first partner". It is one of the last and most important civil rights issue confronting humankind. When more than 50% of the population has for too many centuries suffered the consequences of a patriarchy that has been so harmful and dulling (meaning having restrained progress in many areas in society whatever the self-interest or realization). Being self-actualized in a society that does not value your participation is so tragic.
