The actual gulag jamun are mad by heating the milk for long time and when it gets really thick like dough then we fry it

If you guys seriously wanna make a dish according to how it's eaten by the people then ask the people who ACTUALLY eat and make them, you just halfheartedly making gulab jamun and draining the syrup that's supposed to be savoured withe jamuns is really unimpressive, it's like eating cake but without the cream

We don't use all this for gulab jamun. We use "khawa" which is also known as "mawa"

Whoever made that gulab jamun have never eaten gulab jamun before. That is the perfect example of fried dough ball but not gulab jamun.

There is like one food or maybe snack that it's from India and it's a ball but when my friend made it, it had jalapeño and garbanzo flour (I don't know the English name sorry) and it was fried… It was delicious!!! Salty… But delicious!! Does anyone know the name?
