It would be easy to miscalculate what we are seeing when a few Republicans "find the courage" to stand up to the most extreme MAGA positions. What it really means is that it's becoming safer to stand up for reality, NOT that they are 'finding backbones''.

Buck is just making a soundbite with "let the voters decide"…….it has a nice ring to it, but all he's actually doing is shielding Trump from consequences..swampy? I think the biggest clue to the whole thing is that Trump did not call off his people on Jan.6. He has never answered why he took so long to respond. He should have to give a reason for that. the only two reasons I can muster are 1-he's totally incompetent or 2- he was assisting in the insurrection. he did this in front of everyone. we all know how long it took. question him on that.
