It was unique because it shows that jurors are scared of the mob

It was unique from the start when they were allowed to use emotional manipulation rather than real evidence to subvert the autopsy and toxicology report.

It was “unique from the start” because the amount of public pressure and White House pressure had predetermined the outcome.

He was prosecuted in a clown court. He was guilty before he ever stepped inside the court room. This was far, far from a fair trial. Almost everybody watching knows that. I don’t understand how the voices of a few can outweigh the majority of common sense citizens. I don’t like to speak for others but I think we can all agree he was guilty of negligence and so therefore at most should have gotten manslaughter. I’m hoping that his lawyers (which I believed were incompetent) will later, on appeal, argue that the man was convicted by the mob outside and not the 12 jurors sitting in their seats. This was a double standard! This was a modern day lynching!

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

yeah unique. They knew the jury would convict. The jurist’s knew their city would burn to the ground if they didn’t.

People acting like they personally just won a case or personally lost a unfair trial. This actually effects no more than 50 people on a personal level.

  23. @jlowrey68

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

The prosecution did a horrible job and most of their witnesses backfired anyway. This trial was a political hit job

stink bombs and fart spray anti mask protests stink out every store and indoor place you can show how well mask work

  28. @libertyordeath1287

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

It was unique. He was found guilty because blm and antifa would have burned and looted if they would not have convicted him. Ellison should be the one in prison for beating a woman.
Floyd was a thug criminal that was high on drugs and spent 16 minutes resisting arrest and was crying about not being able to breath the whole time. The black communities will be the ones that pay the price for this. Cops will simply stop doing their jobs because of being called racist and criminals will thrive and rule and the good people trying to get by or get out of these high crime areas will be the victims. Democrats don't have common sense anymore so they will have to learn the hard way.

  34. @cidsapient7154

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

yea unique cuz i dont think the US has even been intimidated by terrorists like BLM in the history of our country
they literally just held our country hostage over the death of a man that held a gun to a pregnant womans stomach

  35. @copper2walcott

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

This will be overturned so who cares

  37. @eileenie3101

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

It was unique alright; a man was murdered in broad daylight for all the world to witness.

  38. @joebloe923

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

Why are we still talking about a case that was ruled by mob intimidation? It's over. And the murder charges will be reversed come appeal time. Manslaughter will stick though.

That's how this goes in a normal world.

  39. @TonicofSonic

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

They were so bold when they brought in the obviously faked document that was never presented before the case and almost had the whole thing thrown out over a mood point.

    Such a great prosecution…

Poor white cop. He should be free!

  41. @mickeyg2635

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

Shut up with your lies and deceptions. Floyd died by resisting arrest, and was killed by an under trained and under payed cop. Who would want to become a cop now, according to this , you’re a racist just because you’re white and you breathe. Calling all cops to quit, walk off the job and let the urban communities destroy themselves.

  42. @leoniousbrando7316

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

msnbc is Disgusting. Good job on making it a race thing and making any black and brown kid feel like their less then. Their avoiding the whole part that race was never even brought up in the trial cause it had nothing to do with race.. Cops weren't there cause he was black. They were there cause someone called them. And they weren't even white if I remember right. Keep up the dislikes msnbc.

It was unique from the start because evidence didn’t matter, the verdict was decided then they went through the the charade of the court room.

  47. @mrdunbar6758

    December 23, 2023 at 8:55 pm

oh you mean by the fact it was fueled by mob rule and violent threats
