Maybe one of the bad parts of having the “mommy makeover” was that I got told & still DO get told that “I have a big frame & butt that match the implants so they look real.” …so a nice way of telling me I’m fat!!🙂

Brittany also has a couple of videos here on YT that were done post-op after the stacking procedure. Post-op the results look excellent, but unfortunately she didn't post any long-term updates to the original two videos.
Why is she on Botched! No explanation was given as to the need for any revision, if at all.
It's fine for the implant mfrs to warn against stacking, but they should also state why. In Brittany's case the implants are placed, one below the pectoralis muscle, and one implant above it. There is significant tissue between the upper, and lower implants, so strictly speaking, they are NOT stacked one directly on top of the other. There is a separation between them.
Additionally, the implant mfrs, and the FDA need to accelerate the mfg, and approval of silicone co-gel (gummy bear) implants in many sizes larger than only 800cc. Availability of those larger sized implants will eliminate any need for stacking.
