Correct me if I'm wrong…I was under the impression that the "Joe Biden " impeachment didn't follow the rules and therefore isn't legal, so the committee should not have been able to get any kind of documents even though they weren't/aren't incriminating

This just in: Impeachment Inquiry has just subpoenaed Joe and Hunter's BANK RECORDS….and in "Impeachment Inquiry" mode, their subpoena powers are absolute. There is no saying "no" to these subpoenas.
