Just me, this crepe recipe is amazing, but I’d recommend using a wire whisk, strain your batter, and also chill for at the least 30 minutes to relax the gluten. I’ve used this recipe in the past and if it helps anyone, than that’s great.

I tried it out and it was not that yummy…. but it looks preety beautiful!
And you need to eat your cake fast because overnight the cake isn't that delicious and look weird because of the whipped cream.

Try this delicious Hummus recipe-
Serves 4-6
15.5 oz can, low sodium garbanzo beans
2 lemons, juice only
2 cloves, garlic
1/4 cup, olive oil
1/2 cup, tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 teaspoon, sea salt
Olive Oil- drizzle as needed
Paprika- sprinkle as needed
Steps-
Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and blend away!
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika for presentation.
Enjoy!
