Some personal tips:
* You can change the chicken to tofu or tempeh, the crab to mushroom.
* The deep fried rice doesn't taste good if eaten with the toppings, I prefer deep fried wonton skin. Or maybe rice paper.
* Nothing beats the plain steamed white rice tooped with green onion omelette and soy sauce.
