An appeals court ruled that Trump isn't immune for his defamatory comments he made about E. Jean Carroll while he was President. So that's some roadmap about immunity.

If Scotus confirms that a president has full immunity as president, Biden then can remain in power for life as he could commit any crimes to stay in power and suspend the constitution. He will be imune. I love it.
