i'm a Steelers and I've been watching Steve Smith sr play ever since he got drafted. loved the way he played the game, made players look like trash on the field, he did players dirty . he played with passion. he would of made a great steeler too. but yes man he should of had at least 2 rings with the panthers. but he's definitely a future HALL OF FAMER . most importantly he's going to be missed, but you can't play this game forever, #ice up son #respect!!

When you came to Baltimore it was a dream come true for me, I've watched you when you were with the Panthers. When I found out how dirty they did you… as a Ravens fan I hoped so much for you to come to Baltimore! Hall of fame career, one of my all time favorites. Played with such heart, and never backed down from anyone or anything. A guy who you'd definitely want on your side if you were in a fight. Good husband, and father will sorely be missed. I wish him the best for his future endeavors!
