Yeah the republicans tried threatening mephis and nashville that'd they'd be cut off if they sent them back and it's like Tennnesse Needs Nashville and mephis's money a lot more than They need the rest of the states money and frankly city council should respond by cutting off the rest of the state from tribute money paid to it. I know that Republicans love to demonize the Blue states as Welfare states but LOL I looked into it and 9 of the 10 most dependent states on Government money are all red.
If there are real welfare queens in america it's Red America.

If you are eligible, and you vote, you’re awesome! As for the rest of you, there’s no point in condemning Republican greed, bigotry, fascism and cruelty unless you’re voting and/or actively encouraging others to vote. Democracy is not a spectator sport; use it or lose it.

Civil disobedience has been the foundation of this country. No progress would ever be made here if the rules and laws were always followed. It was against the law to view black and LGBTQ people as full citizens. We FOUGHT for those rights, WITH civil disobedience. People claiming that this goes against progress are part of the United States of Amnesia, you all forget half the rights that are available were paid for by people’s protests and civil unrest. This is why they want to block out history and ban books, to keep you all uneducated and hope that you will forget who has the actual power: the people, and yes those of us who are on the margins of society.
