I am just now getting the gen 1 pad. What is the name of an application I can purchase that will inspire Apple to stand behind their flawless craftsmanship. I had to log in 4 times to post this, What good is having such a lofty sense of integrity behind one"s work when all I have seen is smug indifference and contemp for paying customers. Please take your stuff off the market or provide some damn service.
