Besides her beautiful colors, stellar prints, and great silhouettes, von Furstenberg has collaborated with Google to showcase their newest Glass technology in the form of Google glasses, which some of the models in the Spring/Summer 2013 collection runway show are going to be wearing. “It’s about having technology but having it out of your way, so your hands are free, your eyes are free, your ears are free and you can still do things like take pictures,” Google CEO Sergey Brin tells Hofit Golan and FashionTV.

Hofit Golan also interviews designer Valentino Garavani, who says that DVF really knows what a woman wants to wear. Sarah Jessica Parker also stops to say a quick hello to FashionTV before congratulating Diane von Furstenberg, who wears her own Google Glass. The collection features boho chic style come to life with color and prints as well as loose but fun silhouettes. The inspiration for the collection was DVF as a young princess, who wanted to be sophisticated in a modern way. It was called “Palazzo.”
