My puppy caught a mystery respiratory illness, as soon as he got neutered on Vancouver island vet hospital. It started with a perpetual sneeze, which progresses into a cough, which worsens as mucus builds up! Filling his nasal cavity, his nose begins to drip, till this drip starts getting thicker, and turning green…… at this point. I’ve been seeing different vets, and each and every exam and evaluation come out “in perfect health” and they’ve prescribing medication to eliminate the possible threats the vet could possibly think of, such as kennel cough , bortella and any air contagious disease. Well he’s not contagious, and his best dog friend has never caught it, nor anyone else. We’ve literally gone through the entire list of possible illnesses a dog could possible catch.
Well he cost me over 10k in veterinary exams, and been taking him to specialists. All results are inconclusive, they says they don’t see anything. I’ve had to rehome him to a special couple; Nurse &
Doctor, and they too have spent over 10k in super specialty vet exams, the last one a rhinoscopy. Nothing, we are chasing a ghost. sooo the only thing that’s keeping him alive right now is prednisone. A steroid drug.
This is making him HUGE, imagine a siberian husky as big as a Saint Bernard. And now they are offering an asthma pump…
Well the drug is making him extra hungry, and he’s getting fatter which could lead to other things. I mean he eats the best food, but too much of any thing will make you fat

I’m so scared i don’t know what to do!!!! I have 3 dogs! My yellow lab who is 8 over the past 2 days have been coughing like this, really bad today !!! We have a puppy who goes to doggy daycare, I’m scared she have something to the yellow lab! I also have an 8 year old chocolate lab. The other 2 dogs are fine but not the yellow one. I’m hoping and praying they all end up okay! But if they all 3 get sick I don’t know what to do !!!!

Does nobody else find it interesting that theres a new wave of covid spreading between people right now and it hasn't even been talked about being a possibility that this is what is affecting our dogs? Its been proven to be transferable from humans to dogs in the past- a new strain could transfer easier and be more deadly towards animals

Just like humans that get plagues and viruses year in and year out, this just nature's way of controlling a horrendous overpopulation of dogs; strays running amok, way too many dangerous dogs, kennels overflowing and too many dogs being born that people can no longer adopt them.
That is just nature's way. 😔

Do not vaccinate your Dog with the "flu" vaccine. It was introduced as a COVID-19 vax for dogs last year under the guise of a cough outbreak. This year's "cough" is the aftermath of making dogs pitry dishes for the last year.

Let me get this straight…this is an unknown pathogen…no known antibiotics are fully working against it..and since it is unknown .there is no vaccine against it…but we r supposed to rush out and hit our dogs up with numerous vaccines (designed for other conditions).that will destroy their immune system…at a time when they need the best functioning immune system.possible!I'm sure the vaccine companies are jumping for joy…I've had numerous dogs and the healthiest dog I've ever had has never been sick a day in her life…shes never had one…single….vaccine…this is criminal on the part of the veterinary and vaccine industry…wholistic vets are speaking out against this

Lost my husky in September.
Lost my brother's husky in October.
Lost our mixed breed in November.

Someone is killing our dogs off.

I'm not sure i really want to take my dogs to the vet if that's where everyone with similar 1 or 2 symptoms go to the vets too. Especially since these vets still don't know much yet and still calling it mysterious. Would be good to get all the data as to what these sick pets ate, what treats or vaccines they had recently etc.. I'm so worried for my pug especially . I hope the vet scientists figure it out.

My 3 collie mix dogs died last April at 15 years old. The only vax they ever had was the required rabies and Heartguard (Ivermectin) preventive for heartworm, faithfully every month. They were back yard and house pets and never went to a promiscuous dog park or day care. From the start I didn't like the dog parks because of disease and possible fights. None of my dogs over the years has respiratory diseases. My granddaughter is assistant to a very popular vet. Her dogs get Kennel cough vax because she babysits other dogs for friends.
Over many years vets saved my dogs and vets prescribed very lucrative but poor treatments. Do research.

Yesterday my dog had a seizure. His eyes was so big and red. He was shaking. He was twitching his legs and his nose was runny. We had to leave the car door open and my dad had to carry him to the car since he couldn't get up. He took him to the vet(spent 3 hours there) where he unfortunately had to get euthanized… the vets gave him medicine but it wasn't working at all. The only choice was to put him to rest forever. RIP Diesel(2018-2023)

So what you are telling everyone is that you still know nothing and don't have a clue if anything vets tell you to give your pet is accurate. Sad when vets know the info they are giving and most likely the treatment will do nothing for the pets.

My dog thank god is still alive. But he just got a lot of eye discharge, his eyes are so red and swollen, that he developed cornea detachment. The vets can’t figure out what’s causing it. Not even the eye specialist, I’ve spend thousands of dollars and no answers. My poor Pom is blind and his eyes are still red and swollen!

It would be wise for everyone to get an oxygen machine plus generator to run it, some fish antibiotics like azithromycin and doxycycline plus natural supplements. We are under attack and if the grid goes down without those things we will be screwed . Our food , vaccine's, water and air are being poisoned
