Not to be outdone by Connor Bedard, Ducks forward Trevor Zegras pulls off “The Michigan”, recording his 3rd NHL lacrosse-style goal and pulling Anaheim within 1 of the Kraken
That is the Best Michigan Goal Everrrrrrrrrrrrr in the History of those Goals Bar None and Definitely Trevor Zegras Best. And that Goal at the NHL All Star game Blindfolded was a Classic One. And a Nice Guy too.
I thought Bedard's was better he put it perfectly in under pressure with little time to prepare and was able to place it in. Zegras had way more time and almost just flung it in. Either way they both looked awesome
This one is better than Bedard's because of the execution at high speed and the fact that the Ducks rinkside reporter asked him to score her a Michigan goal for Christmas before the game.
Just curious, if Zegras was to unintentionally hit the goalie in the face/mask with the blade of his stick while scoring or attempting to score with a lacrosse goal, would that incur some sort of penalty, like a high stick or interference?
Anyone else think this trick is slimy? It can't be just me. Seems like carrying the puck and then stuffing it in from behind is such a weasly thing to do. But, kids love sugar.

Much better than Bedard’s one because Zegras is skating at full speed so it’s harder to get the puck under control to pick it up.
