how can some states aim to legalize weed, while others have it decriminalized, and even others have it has a first offense. In washington people will be able to own and grow it in 2014 if the FBI does no intervene. In Ohio it is decriminalized to have less than half an ounce and you practically pay a fine and earn a demarcating gold star, and in maryland you have a slumber party in jail. from smoker freedom to smoker autocracy, the melting pot of cannabis opinion.
He is right though, t it won't follow the same agenda as the FBI. Federal law > State Law. I don't care what a bunch of "green tobacco" smoking patronizers vote for in a few states, where the easy to get drug is smoked often, because it could most likely be a trap. Maybe if the U.S.A. lowered the drinking age it would not be easier for teens to get it than alcohol. With my experience a snap of the finger got the green thumb, but yet alcohol is legal and harder to get or obtain while under age.
