Fox News scandal hits Hannity: Watch anchor confronted on air for knowingly peddling MAGA lies
Fox News Chief Rupert Murdoch is embroiled in a scandal over lies and it could cost the company $1.6 billion. In newly revealed testimony Murdoch appears to blame his Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott saying she is “responsible for everything on Fox News.” Senior Mueller probe prosecutor Andrew Weissman joins MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber, arguing Murdoch’s defense won’t “factually” work in a court of law, adding “it’s the company that’s on trial.” In this segment you will also see Fox News host Sean Hannity in the hot seat when a radio show caller questions him live after he admitted not believing Trump’s stolen election claims. Why does msnbc continue to cover 24/7 a lie? If you believe and have evidence that something is a lie, wouldn't you present the evidence that the election was legit and move on? Why keep arguing about it? People dont believe it perhaps? I believe evidence that the election was legit and there's nno fraud is the only thing that would convince skeptics in the right or the middle. Produce the evidence Ari, or shut up and move on!

Limiting this comment to the Dominion voting machines. One thing the attorneys for Fox are trying to claim is that they did not do it for ratings or profit. Saying they aired it because it was “newsworthy”. Then allowing the weirdest conspiracy theory I ever heard to be repeated day and night for months. Murdochs statement makes it clear they were doing it for ratings and profit.

Also, lies through the medium of a megaphone are not ‘free speech’. They are propaganda, because unlike someone using their natural voice, you can’t easily walk outside the range of a broadcast.
Rights like freedom of the press aren’t unlimited either. If rights were unlimited then threatening someone with violence would fall under free speech, and freedom of movement would allow for trespassing. Rights aren’t unlimited because then they would conflict with each other and we would have chaos.
