deescalation will not happen , this is not what police are trained for. the training is about domination over the citizen .complete control that violates a persons rights.they don t care. these people are convienced they are the law, and confuse policy with a real law.how long are the public have to pay millions for cops breaking the laws that are everybody, not just civillians.

Tragic, the officers were completely professional with him. Then they killed him be cause of a taser. If tasers are deadly weapons then police need to hold accountable for using deadly force when they use them.
