In my opinion, based on what I perceive, Trump does not control or hold the Republican party but it is an instance of symbiosis. They compliment each other, while separate they cannot win over all the crazy and gullible Americans but together they get a majority of them; consider the actions of each, they are indefatigable defenders of an single party government, not unlike the dictatorship that existed before elsewhere.

Obviously most liberals are too stupid or brainwashed to understand how a loan of this nature works. Banks don't just lend money based on what the applicant says – they do a complete and thorough analysis of the collateral being used and get several appraisals.
