So crime is skyrocketing in New York, the United States is falling a part, open borders, the Mexican Drug Cartel is taking over southern Texas border, Russian took down a US air craft, the statute of limitation has run out on this TRUMP BS and this is the main concern of the democrats. Glen Kirschner just stated that the DoJ is part of the Executive Branch, which is headed by the POTUS. So, I Googled the org chart and learned the folowing:
"The department (of justice) is headed by the U.S. attorney general, who reports directly to the president of the United States and is a member of the president's Cabinet. The current attorney general is Merrick Garland, who was sworn in on March 11, 2021."
But, the WH's official position is to not interfere with the DoJ's investigations into tRump's criminal activities, right?
IOW, Merrick Garland's 'boss' has neither instructed nor ordered him to indict tRump. So, the AG has no compelling reason to jeopardize himself nor his family by taking on the mafioso 'don'.
Now, I finally understand why AG Garland can continue to be such a coward, instead of performing his professional duties as AG.
Could the problem be that President Biden simply hasn't said, "Sic 'em, AG Garland!" 🤦♂
