If we as workers pay into unemployment and employers pay then the government shouldn't be dipping into that money and shouldn't need to borrow money in a stimulus. when one Law firm represents USA and the majority of corporations that is antitrust.

I don't understand how asking Chevron employees to reapply for their job helps anything unless they weren't going to hire them back or they are going to hire them back at a less wage. Who does that help but Chevron? Someone explain how this benefits the employee? I may be missing something.

They need to layoff people within the House and Senate first. The ones that are suppose to be working for us not working for self and political gains. Both parties are at fault for this. It's not one or the other. People are fed up with our government. They play games while we suffer.

Layoffs will hit hard. Jobs will be sent to India or automated. A job that can be done on a computer can be done by a computer. I own a small contacting company and I bartend a few nights a week. I make well over $100k per year. Try automating my job or having Sunjay do it!
