15 mil of homes are sitting empty. Only if owners are forced by high capital costs, these houses will be sold.

Jobs pay less and less while everything goes up. The minimum wage in california is 15.50 skilled jobs pay 20 bucks ? How on earth can you live on 20 bucks per hour its ridiculous rent is 1500 a month

Bs!! Slow down has already began.. buyers are priced out.. don’t make excuses that are false narratives.. builders do not want to get stuck with inventory when market corrects; leaving builders stuck holding inventory at interest only construction loans and zero profitability in the sale. Buyers are priced out and builders know it.

Identifies “Supply as an issue” 6min into the interview he switches up & says supply is not an issue. Can’t believe them about anything they say when double talk is the nature of the business.

The main reason why houses in different geographies of US suddenly appreciated is due to the impact of Trump SALT act on high taxation states, pandemic resulting in NY/NJ/CA exporting high house price inflation to other geographies ….

Unlike stocks, housing is directly connected to people's living. If the money game affects housing negatively, FED may think that they need a crisis to let people, who lost their home, calm. They feel good watching some riches lose money, even most riches are getting even richer. It is jealousy.

Iflation is transitory, the fed will only raise rates .25% at a time…… housing won't crash, demand is too hiigh. Those build to rent communities had all better be landscaping included or those neighborhoods are going to look aweful.

He doesn't point how that corporations have been buying 25% of the homes. That's our biggest problem. Not new homes sales. These guys are something else. They all trying to cover their butts

Until people begin to understand that Victoria Nulands War is costing much more than the projected profits they promised, we will see more inflation…..
The Sanctions are coming back to haunt The US as well as the rest of the Planet.
Driving Russia out of business simply because they were difficult to compete with, seems to be a pretty lame excuse for the Failure of US products?
But exploiting European Consumers is not a good way to make friends, and soon the US will have to face the world and admit that the Project for the New American Century,
    is a dismal failure?

7:50 build to rent huh? So the average person won’t even own anything – just hand over the $$$. What I love is how he paints this as a personal lifestyle CHOICE to have no assets, no equity.

Many investors/traders advice – that at the start of the bear market, you should sell and buy later on. My question – How do they know at the beginning of the correction – whether stocks would fall by 5%, 10%, 20%, 30% or more?

No slow down yet just fewer mortgage applications, fewer sales and increased inventory. No crash coming. Just let me sell my condo real quick and ask me again next month. Oh and those million plus homeless Americans living in a van… Nothing to worry about… Let's send 40 billion to Ukraine

  37. @fuckyou96

The prices of homes nowadays is way ridiculous. Who tf can afford $300k homes ? And why does anyone think that's acceptable ? Houses 2 decades ago were $70k. Peoples salaries never got that high. Newsflash. 95% of America lives check to check. It's like all these rich people live in illusions or something. Lol
