When are people going to wake up? In too many cases it’s not an accident, they do it on purpose. If you need to be reminded, to take your child out of a hot car maybe parenting isn’t for you. 😢

Here's the deal, babe. NEVER LEAVE any child ALONE in a car. EVER. EVEN teens, should be left with a phone on speed dial to 911. Any child can be kidnapped, even if they DON'T DIE.
You had the damn kid. NOW TAKE CARE OF IT. Next time, use protection.

I absolutely do NOT believe that any child is "forgotten" in a car. I simply don't buy it. As the mother of three, I can guarantee that any mother with an ounce of love for her child, or a dad for his child, does NOT forget they are in the car. God bless the angel that helped free her! What I found ironic is that they say put your purse or cell phone in the back seat, indicating that the parent probably thinks more of those items than they do of their children.

Criminal charges "may" be on the way? There should be no "may" about it. The reporter said, "Caregivers"….I guess this means that at least two people walked away from that poor child, leaving him/her behind deliberately. Lock them up and throw away the key!

How does a parent leave a child behind but would never think of leaving their friggin cell phone behind!? Anyone? Put your children first and this won't happen! You don't leave your children in the car for anything for any length of time. Geeze! They are precious gifts! Take care of them!

I think for people who left their kids in a hot car should be made to sit in a hot car seat belt and all no water or nothing just a thermometer and doors lock .

Walmart has been playing a constant reminder to not leave your kids or pets in the car. It's annoying however I'm glad it's annoying cause then stupid irresponsible people can't day they couldn't hear it cause it's played every few minutes n loud enough that it's almost impossible not to hear it. I think this should be played everywhere cause it could save seniors, pets n kids that have been left hell anyone
