I don't know much about China and economics but to me it sounds crazy to suggest a boost of the property/housing market. Isn't that one a huge bubble by itself? Are they going to build even more houses no one will ever live in?

China would be nothing without greedy American capitalist. 5 decades of giving China our money for their cheap garbage slave labor products has made China very rich and powerful. America is the china's only buyer but definitely the biggest in 50 years.

Bloomberg always seem unrealistically bullish on China. These bullish views over the last few years have clearly not played out. C'mon be honest – how much is the CCP paying you?

It's clear that their vaccines do not work. They need to lockdown as their hospitals cannot handle the infections.

The economy that Xi Jinping is counting on holding up after he invades Taiwan? That economy? Welcome to the global crash and burn WHEN Xi decides to repat Taiwan.

No one would have thought that China survived the onslaught of covid-19 in 2020. Yet, it was the only major economy that achieved a positive GDP in 2020. Better still, China 2021 GDP surged to 8.1% and its export jumped 30% to USD3.3 trillion, both the highest in the past decade. China’s economic resilience is a slap on the face of its doubters, despite the deluge of pessimistic reports on China.
If we fast-forward to the end of this year, will China doubters again be silenced. Let's check out when China’s official GDP and export figures are out then.

Planned Economy, ignore the laws of supply n demand, ignore Science n Medicine, just to meet the numbers Planned. Massage GDP figures. That’s how you end up with 5% of people owning 95% of wealth and 95% own 5% living in poverty.

Putin’s Russia and Xi’s China are ruthless authoritarian expansionists by nature.
India, South Korea and Merkel’s Germany are opportunistic appeasers.

🤦♂The economy policies lapse of the previous administration is 12 month to 18 month that has ended 01/20/2022, now is time to welcome the Joe Biden Democrats shithole economy policies. Let see Nov. 2020, to Dec. 2020. Democrats had 3 month planning to kill the Trump economy, In January 20, 2021 Joe Biden signed all night and day the killing of the trump economy, and we are in May of 2022. “An economic recession is starting now”
“The new economic catastrophe created by Joe Biden, Boris Johnson Japan and European Union.” Economic sanctions to Russia put in misery the economy of every country in the planet not just Russia. Welcome to the Joe Biden, European Union shithole economy. China is in high alert; INDIA, MEXICO, Brazil, ARGENTINA Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates know that Europe, Joe Biden, and the democrat can ‘not be trusted.🙇♀

< I have learned in recent months is to remain calm, especially when it comes to investments in cryptocurrencies. Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. The market is very unstable and you can not tell if it's going bearish or bullish. While myself and others are trading without fear of making a loss others are being patient for the price to skyrocket, I would say trading has been going smoothly for me, i started with 5 BTC and i have accumulated over 16 BTC in just three weeks, with the trading strategy given to me by expert trader Frank Castle .. We don't trade with a Nazi-type dictatorship. The last time we trusted a dictator, that meant 6 million Jews murdered and around 30 Russian soldiers killed.

Mortgage rate reduction is more important to boost retail consumption than home sales. China has an oversupply property market, the uncontrolled property development business is the last thing China should feed.

This economist is either living up to the broad industry standard of being terrible at forecasting economic data or she is staying true to her origins and towing the Chinese party line – both even? How can anyone in their right mind think that China will some how manage zero COVID without sustained and longterm lockdowns, particularly when you look across the world and can see how highly contagious these new variants are. Either they give up zero COVID policy, which doesn't seem on the cards, or they're deluded on how this is going to unfold. Watch as Shanghai unlocks the population and then in a number of weeks is back having to shut everything down again.

By almost any metric you can cite, the Chinese debt-bubble is extremely massive. It's quite possibly bigger than any financial bubble we've ever seen before. If the Chinese government fails to reinflate it, world markets are in for a wild ride.

same thing happened in germany before ww2. socialist/communist nazi policies drove the economy into the dirt and forced the Germans to start invading countries to boost the lagging economy. china will fund a way to start capturing territory soon. just like communist Russia and soon to be turkey.

Why are people in the west so dumb and naive? Wuhan was contained to zero cases and china basically has been peaceful for 1.5 years while the rest of the world were battling covid. So what so if wuhan case statistic was not accurate ? they "Contained the cases" make their country covid free and live peacefully. Its not the numbers, its the result my friend, just use your brains to think. The capbability of them keeping themselves covid free for 1.5 years, what makes you think its not possible for them to really have low cases the last time in wuhan? Dont trust everything the west media or media outlet is saying, look at the facts and people you know who are staying in china, ask them how they lived peacefully for the past 1.5 years covid free
