FEDX does not have the voice of the customer in their heads. You said they made money by cutting back not by trying to improve the way they treat their customers and the parcels they deliver. If a company tells me they use FedEx to deliver an item, I don't want to do business with them. FedEx sucks. Cutting expenses is a short-term solution. Being respected by your customers has great value. They've forgotten about this fundamental value.

Tax documents should be released for EVERY president and every member of congress and senate. Basically, if you are in a high lever of federal or state office your taxes should be made public.

Gian Martin Adams's narrative was absolutely brilliant. It seems to me she nailed what the inflation affects non only the 'E' but the 'Q' after all.
