If by somebody you mean Bettman because I have never seen this many penalty shots in a SEASON and we’re only two weeks in. Most on really soft calls, too. The refs were clearly told to look for any reason to call a penalty shot.

Watched 2 wings players get taken down from behind with no penalty call. Wow that was soft. Even AA got a soft call for the penalty shot. Refs are a damn joke
