It’s lies. Russia runs drills on that land constantly. It’s their land and they’ve done it for decades.

Putin is taking a page in history of doing same tactics of military build up much like the 1960s Cuban Crisis with Kennedy. But it was more of the US Generals and CIA that started the build up before Kennedy gave consent to do so..
