If you pause the video at 21 seconds you can see the defenseman could have poke checked Hertl or at least gotten his stick in the shooting lane. Also he stopped skating. I know it is double ot but you can't just let the other team have a clean shot like that shorthanded. It is a very simple move to at least put his stick out there but he didn't and that may have costed his team a possible clinch in game six.

Fleury a bit too far to the glove side positioning wise. The d-man was taking away the glove shot and Hertl is a coming down his strong side.

That's the turning point in the series right there. San Jose gift wrapped the series on a silver platter when Goodrow took a terrible slashing penalty. As much as I like Fleury, that overtime goal was inexcusable.
