How would you like it if china did beach landing exercises in Mexico or Cuba. North Korea is a tiny country, they don't pose a threat to the US. They pose little threat to South Korea due to the presence of the US.
so what a country is allowed to train their soldiers. North korea does the same thing so why is it ok for them to train their soldiers but not the south with its ally? military exercises is a stupid reason to be worried since every country does it.

The US bullies the whole world. The US Empire is running a protection racket. Countries remain Capitalist, Corporations make money, Corporations fund US empire. Simple. Now that communism is dead Capitalism has no competition, and that's bad, a market without competition is always bad.
Who gives a shit? The Americans have spent hundreds of billions of dollars to safeguard their allies in the region (since WW2) so that those countries don't have to militarize themselves so much. The only reason the Chinese have to complain is that they don't get to bully their neighbors as much.

These excersises were done at the request of South Korea.
Plus notice most of the troops in this excersise are South Korean.
1,500 US Marines and 2,000 South Korean Marines.
