http://www.FashionTV.com/videos MILAN – FashionTV takes you behind the scenes of the Blumarine Fall/Winter 2012-13 fashion show during Milan Fashion Week, where we caught up with the brilliant designer herself, Anna Molinari. “The mood of the collection is varied because every woman represents a different style. There’s a ‘glamour’ woman dressed in a long, elegant evening gown and there’s also a ‘disco-going’ girl wearing laminated fabric shorts and a small denim twin-set”, Molinari says as she describes her bright collection. ” I must say that this collection is rather difficult to explain because it’s completely new, in terms of fabrics, that are practically all laminated, so that they become almost iridescent”, the designer explains. Molinari has always been known for adding unique details, unusual fabrics and bright colors to her collections and this season she took a whole new direction as she added shiny metallic colors, sequins pants and hologram effects. The hit of the evening were the long sheer evening gowns with rhinestone embellishments in neon yellow, gold, silver and leopard print that dazzled along the runway. Fur and handbags were extra WOW factors, adding a more luxurious look. This is one catwalk where no one should dare to blink…
