Electronic Zoo 2011: World’s Best Electronic Dance Music Festival, Randall’s Island | FashionTV FTV

http://www.FTV.com/videos NEW YORK – Fresh from New York City’s bout with Hurricane Irene, the Electric Zoo Festival at Randall’s Island Park brings a crowd ready to party and the best dance on Labor Day weekend with house, trance, techno, and electronic music DJs from around the world including Tiesto, David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Moby, John Digweed, Richie Hawtin, and DJ Snoopadelic. Newer talents like SBTRKT and 12th Planet also made an appearance. Eighty-five thousand attendees from 102 countries and 51 states came to hear the best of electronic dance. Highlights included Tiesto’s confetti shower, fireworks during Armin van Buuren’s closing set, and spectacular visuals from the Hilltop Arena’s LED wall among other things.
