http://www.FashionTV.com/videos NEW YORK – It was last season that more designers went for dark, gothic, and raw designs, but surprisingly, Jill Stuart, who’s collections have proven to be bright and happy, decided to wait until the Spring 2013 season for her collection to go dark. It came through in the first dresses, which had a certain boudoir feel to them, based on Kim Basinger’s character in L.A. Confidential. Later, as the collection eased into satin, lace, and silk, it started to open up a bit, but the collection in its entirety was something very different from what we’re used to seeing this season and something very different for Jill Stuart entirely.
