Tahir Sultan is a Kuwaiti designer that showcased his Spring 2013 collection as the first Kuwaiti ever to have his own show at London Fashion Week. The collection mixes casual pieces with nighttime chic. To do so, he used everything from neon to neutral tones, but it was the neon that enhanced the pieces. “The inspiration was Eastern meets Western…it was very empowering,” the designer says.
