Attorney for Tulsa Massacre survivors calls on DOJ to open criminal probe into 1921 riot

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has dismissed a reparations lawsuit over the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. Attorney for survivors of the riot and their descendants, Damario Solomon-Simmons, joins Rev. Al Sharpton to discuss the suit’s dismissal and how he plans to move forward.
