NBC News Exclusive: Baltimore bridge collapse survivor shares his story

In his first interview since the catastrophic Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore, survivor Julio Cervantes Suarez details his ordeal to Tom Llamas. He was on the crew of eight construction workers working on the bridge that fateful night when the Dali cargo ship lost power and crashed into a pillar. Most of the crew did not survive. Julio did not know how to swim and for the first time he details how he made it out alive.
