It’s a complete separation from what I normally do but I get so inspired watching the amazing creations from these amazing designers,” says Paula Abdul, who also shares her beauty secrets with Hofit Golan. Later, singer Vanessa Williams, also backstage calls the collection breezy, tropical, exotic, and very wearable. The Carlos Miele Spring 2013 collection at New York Fashion Week was inspired by a trip to the zoo, with Miele calling it a “hallucination jungle” complete with yellow mixed with zebra stripes, sequins, and leopard print. “I want all the beautiful girls to have fun,” says Miele to Hofit Golan and FashionTV.
