‘One step closer to constitutional crisis’: Lawyer on Trump’s use of Alien Enemies Act

An emergency hearing is being held Monday afternoon over the Trump administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport around 300 alleged Venezuelan gang members without a trial. Deputy Director of the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project Lee Gelernt joins Ana Cabrera while on his way to that very hearing.
